Josies Bed and Breakfast

Perfect B&B in Newport! We had our own private room & bath on the 3^rd floor with a fridge & lots of space/​privacy. It was an amazing location with free parking & within walking distance to all the main attractions. Josie made us a delicious breakfast each morning & is the BEST hostess you could ever ask for! She made our vacation even more special by providing a history of Newport & helping us decide on great places to visit & eat. I can’t wait to stay there again on our next visit to Newport. Amazing value & highly recommended!

We stayed here for two nights in late August 2013 and loved it. Our room was the entire 3^rd floor of the house with a private bathroom & mini fridge so was very private & quiet. There was free parking in front & back of the house & also free WIFI which was great. Everything was very comfortable and clean and the surroundings were also wonderful. We were able to walk to the cliff walk/​beach & downtown Newport restaurants & bars ad well. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and delicious. Josie was the nicest, sweetest & most helpful hostess we could ask for. She made our stay in Newport even more special & I look forward to staying here again one day. Highly recommended!!!

A friend and I were looking four months in advance for a place to stay during tennis camp at the International Tennis Hall of Fame. Turns out it was the same weekend as Jazz Festival which is good and bad. Good because it was something extra to do while we were in Newport. Bad because prices were inflated and availability was very low. I found Josie’s on a bed and breakfast website and Josie was very easy to book with. The room far exceeded my expectations, breakfast was delicious, and Josie has a knack for making you feel like you’re at home. I was able to walk to the ITHF (15 mins) and to nightlife in Newport (20 mins) which made this an excellent find. I recommend and intend to return next year. Thank you Josie!
