My partner and I went into Mattress Firm yesterday to see if we could agree on a mattress. We weren’t sure if we would purchase one that day. My other half had been shopping around and had been to other stores and found the sales people to be «all over her» as she said. She didn’t like it. When we walked in to Mattress Firm we were greeted with a warm smile. The sales associate (Lauren) asked if we needed any help. We said we were just shopping around and weren’t sure if we would buy anything today. She informed us of all the differs color codes and said if you have any question just let her know and she would be happy to help. We started to look and almost fall asleep on some of the beds. We asked plenty of questions. We appreciated Lauren’s patience with us. My partner and I ended up buying a California King that day. We were going to wait but I didn’t want the sale to go to anyone else. Lauren was so helpful. We thought we would have to wait at least 2 weeks to get our bed because of it being a California King but it was delivered on Sunday.
