RUDE. That’s the first word I want to put out there. And they’re rude because they don’t like the fact that they were called out on not knowing their products. It’s pretty sad when an employee tries to argue with a customer, gets proven wrong, then offers no solution. If you want a business that is knowledgeable about the products they sell, this isn’t the place for you. But if you want to buy a product, take it home, find out it won’t work as expected, then go back and argue with the employees about how they sold you a product that does not meet you needs and will end up costing YOU more money so THEY can save money, well then– This is the place for you!
