Couldn’t ask for a better pediatric dentist — especially if you have a child who is shy or apprehensive about meeting people. Everyone is so kind and understanding — and patient. Kids watch movies, get gifts, color, and play. Well done!

My 16-month-old son had his first visit to the dentist today. He only has four teeth so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but I have to say it was a good experience overall. The waiting room is very kid-friendly, with kid-sized tables and chairs, books, a movie playing, and a separate little room with a couple of video game stations. We arrived ~10 minutes early and were seen pretty close to on time. The exam rooms are also definitely geared towards kids with a movie playing on a small monitor in the ceiling, kid-sized exam chairs, and fun art on the walls. Our hygienist was very friendly and connected really well with my son. She asked about our current dental routine and gave me a few suggestions. Dr. Rider came in pretty quickly after that and he was also great with my son and did a quick check in his mouth. No cleaning was performed – it was more of an «orientation» session almost. Overall, I was very happy with my first experience with a pediatric dentist. Going with four stars for now because I haven’t seen the bill yet(I’ve been warned that pediatric dentistry is more expensive than adult) and they didn’t actually do a cleaning so couldn’t judge that experience. I’ll update my review after our next visit.
