I really enjoyed Peggy’s class. Nice space with lots of good people and plenty of free parking ! never hurts. Peggy’s a great instructor and makes yoga seem easier to follow so I didn’t feel lost or self conscience at all. And I also took a one on one class with her to get down the basics not being the most coordinated person. I feel so much stronger. totally recommend this to anyone beginner or not

Peggy McLoughlin and her Iyengar style yoga classes — with her intelligent, skilled, supportive, respectful teaching style and approach, coupled with her gentle, caring, optimistic, and calming spirit — has changed my life, actually, and the lives of so many other students, as well. I was brand new to yoga many years ago when I first started with Peggy. From Day 1 to present, she has always been so welcoming and supportive of me and every other student in her class… and that kind of a group dynamic of a class makes a big difference, too, of course. One feels, during her classes, that one is in the presence of a truly wonderful, caring, supportive, and respectful human being. She has a very rare gift in that regard, and that makes my longer-that-usual commute to her classes each week totally worth it. Some other yoga classes can be intimidating, but not Peggy’s. Just the opposite. If you are looking for a great… transformative, even… experience with and through yoga, seek out Peggy and her Iyengar yoga classes and judge for yourself.(It won’t take very long to see what I mean!) The one-on-one attention and sense of caring she gives her students is amazing, too, particularly those who are new to yoga and also those who come with particular health/medical issues or constraints, as I did. So many of Peggy’s students have been with her for years and years, and there is a very, very good reason for that. I wish this were a 6-star rating scale here, as she gets«6 stars» from me! * * * * * *

I have been taking yoga classes for years, and have always been very happy with my instructors. I decided to take Peggy’s class because the Iyengar approach intrigued me. From the moment the class started, this woman was a nightmare. She yelled at me for being 2 minutes late(it was the first time I went to the location and I got lost), and proceeded to pick on me for the rest of the class. She did not help people who were obviously having difficulty with some of the poses. It was awful. I have never, ever seen a yoga teacher with such bad energy. She just seems to be a miserable person, which is sad.
