I have dined here several times in the past few months because the food is so good. Yesterday afternoon we ordered ribs and an appetizer. The appetizer took forever to arrive and when it did, the chef came out to apologize and explain why the delay and inform us that it would be removed from the bill. I thought it a wonderful gesture but unnecessary because it was delicious. The ribs were fantastic also. The waitress was overworked so the service suffered but she was polite and friendly and apologetic so I have no problem with that either. The whole problem arrived when we went to pay. The owner or manager was running the register. He was just an asshole. Pissed off at the world. I wanted to compliment the restaurant for the food and mention the appetizer was never removed from the bill but that I didnt mind. He was just so unpleasant, so pissed at the world, we may never return. Whatever your problem is, stay in the back room until you calm down. Im sure others noticed as well, how could you not?
