I would have given Robert 0 start if that was possible ! I bought a coupon through LivingSocial and called Robert to schedule an appointment. He was very friendly at first, but once heard of LivingSocial he said he has to check his schedule and call me back. Never heard from him, so after three days called and left a message — no response. Waited few days and called him again, left a message — surprise — no response. At this time I decided that he is not reliable to shoot my pictures and i may not see them again. Beware !

I’m sad to say as a former assistant of Bob that I have to resort to leaving negative reviews on publicly accessible websites. Bob is a good guy with immense photography knowledge and experience. I enjoyed working with him and wish that we could have parted ways on better terms. The fact is I’m owed money for work I performed nearly two years ago and I haven’t been paid. He ignores my voicemails, text messages and emails. If he can’t manage to pay me the paltry sum owed in two years I can only imagine how he is handling the payment of albums for clients. Based upon this I cannot recommend that others use his services despite his skill set and experience.

Bob Ruscansky appeared to be a professional at my son’s Bar Mitzvah. Now it is over 3 years later and he still has all of my proofs and has been paid in full for over a year! He doesn’t return phonecalls and when he does he gives you«lip service». I want my album or at the very least my proofs in the binders they were originally presented to me in. Bob took them out because he «needed the binders for someone elses proofs», leaving my proofs in disarray on a bookshelf gathering dust. I am ready to call Hank Phillipi Ryan as well as the Better Business Bureau!
