Over the last couple of years I’ve become quite the regular at Acios. Whenever I am in town I try and stop by. They have generous portions and always use fresh ingredients. My niece loves their pizza, But my personal favorites are the Cobb Salad and the famous Clucker Balls(chicken, stuffing, mashed potato, breaded in panko crumbs, fried, topped with gravy and cranberry sauce on the side). It’s literally like Thanksgiving in your mouth, you have to try one! Great menu, friendly comfortable atmosphere, and better than a home cooked meal… cause I didn’t have to make it!

I love this place! Best pizza around! If you haven’t tried the Walker Pizza — do it! The biggest treasure you’ll find in Newton are the onion rings! The onion to breeding ratio is so spot on, I pretty much order them every time I’m in town! So many amazing dishes, the homemade Mac and cheese is to die for and even the salads are so flavorful! A must try!

I posted a bit of criticism about Acios, their food is awesome. Sometimes, when they are too busy it seems to suffer. To be fair, they have great food. Can be inconsistent.

Love this place. Good pizza. Great calzones(especially the buffalo chicken). Very good prices too. Eat herr almost every week and never had a problem.

Part of me thinks that these guys could and would step it up if there was conveniently located competition in the town. There are some creative options for pizzas and sandwiches, but they just don’t have any umph. It seems like the tools are there, just not the desire. And if everything you’ve ever ordered comes with a side order of laziness… you’re not going to be satisfied. The food is bland and lacks any heart. Don’t waste your time or money.

Delivery on May 22 consisted on chichen parm sub, ceaser salad and a large cheese pizza. With delivery charge in was $ 25.00. Sandwich was HOT and tossed into a bag with a COLD salad and the sandwich was folded in half and coming out of the wrapper. Cheese from pizza was stuck to the top of the box I assume from the weight of other food on top of it. Oh and the pizza was COLD. Delivery girl in Yellow VW Bug was not friendly, handed the slip for me to sign and mumbled thanks as she turned around to leave. Small town syndrome again shows that no TLC is needed in their minds as we don’t have a plethora of places that deliver. What a shame.

What can anyone say bad about this place? Pizza is awesome. Chicken fingers are to die for. Menu is massive. Ok the onion rings suck. Oh and the customer service is terrible. But the pizza makes up for the shitheads at the register.
