Tracey gave me an amazing 60 minute massage during which she combined Swedish massage with Deep Tissue work. I was amazed by the gentle manner in which she applied just the perfect amount of pressure to loosen up knots in my neck and shoulder area. She truly works miracles. I didn’t feel sore the next day, yet I continue to feel the benefits of her work (I am writing this three days after my visit to Bonsai Bodyworks).
As another review states, Tracey’s skills as a massage therapist are uniquely and stunningly well paired with her professional attitude and kind personality. It is a pleasure being in her presence, and she makes you feel comfortable from the very first moment on.
Tracey’s office is an inviting space, and the atmosphere is most conducive to deep relaxation. Being there is like a mini-​vacation from your daily routine.
Luckily, I had just a few tight areas in my back that Tracey worked on with great skill (and she also showed me exercises after the massage that will help me to avoid getting that tight again). However, I couldn’t help but wonder about the profound impact Tracey’s work must have on anyone who actually suffers from a chronic condition or is in the process of recovering after an injury or surgery.
I highly recommend Tracey, and I won’t finish this review without pointing out that one of the most beautiful aspects of receiving a massage from her is that you can feel that she works as a Massage Therapist out of passion and lead by her desire to lastingly improve her clients’ wellbeing, life quality and health.

Tracey is the most passionate massage therapist I have ever met! I enjoyed a 90 minute massage yesterday. This was the best total body massage of my entire life! First, she identifies the areas that I need worked on. Next, she carefully applies just the perfect amount of pressure. I finished feeling relaxed and refreshed. In the past I have identified trouble areas and without exception she gladly works those specific areas for me. I am a weekly client and have been for several months now. In my opinion part of the experience is attitude driven. Every visit Tracey has a smile and a friendly demeanor. She always makes me feel welcome!
I would encourage anyone needing a great massage experience to give her a try. Oh and I must mention this massage studio is extremely professional. It is calm and quiet and very clean. Everything from the colors to the rooms themselves adds to the overall experience. Finally, free parking and great management make this a very worthwhile visit. Ask for Tracey. Very professional. Worked out some knots I didn’t know I had… Until I felt them disappear. She also gave me tips for my day to day routines. The space is very private and comfortable, and parking is easy. Highly recommend.
