Couture 1 Hr Tailors

Took two pairs of Brooks Brothers men’s pants to be tailored. After 5 to 6 months the hem on one leg came undone and the hem on the other pants (both) legs came undone. I went back to show them what happened and they wanted to charge me to fix the hem. I showed them one of the pant legs and you can see that the tread and needle never went through the fabric. So inspect the work throughly if you decide to use them.

I have used this dry cleaners for the past few months with good results. However, I now had a very bad experience. I brought in an article to be cleaned that I needed for a weekend party. They said it would be ready Thursday. I went to pick it up Thursday and it was not there. No apology. In fact, the lady there said I should have told her that it was a rush job, somwhow implying it was my fault. The slip clealy said Thursday and I doubt anyone likes to make extra trips to the dry cleaners. Then on Tuesday I got a call that the reason it wasn’t ready was that the stains did not come out and they would wash it for me free of charge. At that point, I said no. When I went to pick it up, they still wanted me to pay for it, despite the fact that it was stained and had not been available for me to pick up for my event.

I’m pregnant and needed a bunch of pants and jeans hemmed. The $ 4.00 for hemming pants sign caught my attention so I decided go give it a try. I have gone a few different times and the seamstress has gotten it right at all times!!! I would definitely go back
