Dan Demeo-Re/Max Leading Edge

We first met Norm when looking for an apartment in the Boston area (we were relocating from another state). Norm was great to work with and found us a place quickly. When we decided to start house hunting, we asked Norm if we could meet with Dan to discuss real estate in the area since we’d found a house we liked. Dan was excited for us and came with us to check out the house, after we’d had an initial visit of the property with Norm. During the house-​buying paperwork, Dan stayed on top of things to make sure the process went smoothly. Best of all, Dan was able to recommend a house inspector, an architect (for some future work we wanted to do), a great moving company, and even someone to help with snow removal! After we were in the house for a few weeks, we had a major plumbing emergency. Dan came to our rescue again and recommended a fantastic plumber. Dan is a pleasure to work with!

We had the pleasure of working with Norm at Dan Demeo — RE/​Max to find our current apartment. After a string of disappointing brokers, Norm was a breath of fresh air! He was responsive, friendly, and consistently helpful. He made everything very clear while we were looking at/​thinking about the apartment and got all of our questions answered. He negotiated with the landlord to get specific terms we wanted into the lease, including a mid-​month start date that saved us $ 1000. And he was just a fun, pleasant guy to work with and be around.
After we signed the lease Norm said to get back in touch if we had any questions about the area, places to go for various activities/​services, etc. We didn’t take him up on the offer until a couple of months after move-​in, asking for recommendations for some local service providers, but he got back to us in a few days with suggestions.
We’d happily work with Norm again if we are looking for another apartment or a house in the area.
