Davcoh Computer Services

I used Davcoh to service two HP LaserJet printers which I use for my business in a SOHO environment. Davcoh scheduled the «house call» and Paul, the HP specialist, showed up right on time and provided general maintenance on the smaller printer and fixed a paper-​feed problem which had completely disabled the larger printer, an HP 5si. Paul had the necessary replacement rollers for both machines but used a repair kit which I had on hand for the 5si, thus saving me a few dollars in minor parts.
Davcoh’s pricing is a flat-​rate per printer plus parts (if needed), so there were no surprises.
I can’t speak to any of Davcoh’s other computer services because my only encounter was through the LaserJet service call, but my overall impression was of competence and professionalism. I would not hesitate to use these folks again and to recommend them to others.
