This place is the epitome of don’t judge a book by it cover! Driving by, you might question if you would stop and eat there, but if you bypass this place, your going to missing out on some good food and friendly service! Yes the building is old and nothing fancy inside, but its clean and the food is good and priced right. Just $ 3.95 will get you 2 eggs, a breakfast meat, grits(really good and creamy) or home fries and toast or a biscuit(big and fluffy and good). Country ham, my favorite is really good here! Service is friendly and attentive and our coffee cups were always kept full and we were checked on often. The regulars said that the lunch menu was just as good and to try the burgers and the pinto beans were a must try. If your looking for good food that’s priced right, friendly folks and that old hometown diner feel, give Dicks Café a try. I’m sure glad we did. I see many more visits in our future!
