Not clean but not expected at Dunkin. People are friendly and the coffee is predictable. That’s a 5 star Dunkin. If you want clean, $ 5 coffee, or whatever, go to Starbucks.

I used to go here fairly regularly before work for coffee and occasionally a bagel, service is really friendly and chatty especially between the employees so a solid 75% I’d get my coffee with cream instead of skim or spoonfuls of sugar when I asked for one Splenda. They were always happy to fix it to my original request which is fine until one night I stopped in to get some munchkins and a box of joe and was waiting in the area by the bathroom door/employee entrance and got a whiff of something FOUL. I casually checked the bottom of my shoes and figured out quickly that I hadn’t tracked anything in with me. Low and behold I spot a turd on the floor about a foot away from me. A TURD. Human? Animal? Don’t know, don’t care. I politely pointed out to one of the men beyond the counter that«something needed to be cleaned up over here» and he didn’t seem all that concerned about the literal shit on the floor. Disgusting. Never again. Just stay away.

Eat here at your own risk! This place either has no donuts or old donuts. How can a Dunkin DONUTS not have any donuts??? Now the old donuts, look and taste horrible. Which brings me to the bagels and muffins. THEYARENOTFRESH. I’m not talking about getting delivered in the morning and ordering in the bagels/muffins later in the day. ANYMUFFINSTHATARENOTSOLDONEDAY, AREPUTOUTFORTHENEXTDAY. This can go on for DAYS at a time. Same with the bagels. Yeah, I want to eat a 3 or 4 day old muffin. Gross!

The service is awful, almost every time I have come here my order has been wrong or partially wrong. It seems as if the employees are not trained and don’t care whether your order is right or not. I have also waited a minimum of 10 minutes every time I’ve been here, and that has included times when there has only been one, or no other customers in the store. Finally, as many people have said, the parking lot is a disaster. While that’s not their fault, just look out. Unfortunately this is the closest dunks and only one on my way to work otherwise I wouldn’t even stop at all. Who messes up an orange coolatta anyway?!

I frequent this DD most weekends due to the location of my job — it’s the only one near by. I RARELY have a good experience. The music is typically very loud and bumping(like the club) upon entering and the employees are typically more involved in their own conversation than taking my order. Today when I went in, there were no other customers in the place, 4 employees that I could see, and I stood there for a solid minute before one woman said«Are you all set». After that they also got my coffee wrong. There is a tall guy that works there that is VERY nice and his customer service is fantastic, I just wish he would pull up his pants so I didn’t have to see his Christmas boxers in May!

I went here this morning spur of the moment and was in there for a good 15 minutes before I got my coffee. It was busy like any morning but it seemed like they didn’t know how to handle it and were very disorganized. One person took my order then I had to wait some time to pay. I could have easily walked out and I doubt they would have noticed. It’s a sad crew that works there. The parking lot is heinous. I must say the iced coffee I did get was the best I’ve had in a while, almost worth the wait.

As I pulled in the parking lot I thought to myself, «isn’t there a reason why I don’t come to this dunkin donuts?» Then I was reminded shortly after walking through the door why. The service is aweful, the orders are always wrong and on top of it the attitude there is horrendous. I wouldn’t give this place any stars if I could. It’s always the same there. It’s a dunkin donuts! It’s not that hard to run! Take an order. Listen carefully. Take that order down. Make that order happen… and do it with a smile on your face.

Listen(in my bronx voice) The parking here is scary so be careful people. I have only had great experiences with the staff, how nice they are and they get my order right, love it! Small and not many seats so don’t think you can just hang out there, it would be crowded and a bit creepy to be in that close proximity. Nice to hear employees singing and even better when they dance — dontcha love free entertainment? I know I do.

Poor parking, burnt coffee and when you order a regular, be ready to add sugar. The service was quick and the employees nice enough. I tried the breakfast burrito and recommend you pass on that.

Can we please get a Dunkin Donuts in California? I fell in love with the maple sausage & egg croissant sandwiches here. And the pancake sausage bites! Yes, it’s cheap dirty fast food… but it tastes oh so good after a long sleepless red eye flight! The iced coffees on the other hand could use a little work. Both times the sugar was not completely dissolved, thus making my drink very grainy and unpleasant. I guess it probably wasn’t a good idea to be ordering iced coffee in the first place on a cold rainy day in Boston.

It’s a Dunkin Donuts — what more can you say? Quality of service depends on which employees are working and how new they are… seems they have a high turnover rate.
