I am not happy! I was told that they are open until 5:00 on Saturdays and that is what the sign on their door says. It’s 4:24 and they are closed.

I called this store today to order a delivery for a friend. Chris was wonderful over the phone. he assisted me in signing up with their program, discussed delivery options, and made me feel like I was no bother at all. This is the kind of customer service you do not see everyday and I was happy to have interacted with Chris! Highly recommend using this store in the future.

Chris knocked on our door yesterday to deliver a beautiful arrangement in the evening… but he meant to deliver it to our neighbor. He must have seen how much we (would have) loved the arrangement, because today he hand-​delivered an amazing selection of chocolate covered fruit to our door. That is so classy and kind! It’s also how to run a business– he’s got ours now!

Chris, the store owner, went above and beyond in delivering my beautiful and delicious arrangement. He personally made sure that my arrangment was fresh and promptly delivered. The chocolate covered strawberries were fabulous and the rest of the fruit fresh and sweet.

The fruit was delicious, the chocolate was perfect, the arrangement was gorgeous and the customer service was the best! Great for birthdays, dinner parties, clients, or whenever you want to treat yourself or anyone else to something VERY special! They have a $ 10. special right now ($ 25. value) that has a nice assortment. DELICIOUS !!!

Gorgeous, huge, plentiful, delicious. These are just a few words to describe the arrangements I have sent to my mother and father for various occasions. My mother and father were blown away by the giant dipped arrangment I sent. I also sent some chocolate dipped cinnamon apples to my mother and she couldn’t stop raving.
A side note: the service here is A+. They couldn’t seem to find my parents at home (they are older and don’t always hear the bell), and they went to a lot of trouble to contact me and find alternative ways to contact them. I felt their manner and customer service was really outstanding. I love this in a business, because it can be hard to find. Great job, great product!
