Igor and his son Alex helped renovate our outdated kitchen. Igor was always punctual and courteous. He gave us a really good estimate and always kept his work. He had nice suggestions during the project. As any renovations go — this projects was very stressful, however Igor kept us informed and always let us know what was going on. I would definitely recommend Igor to anyone!

Igor and his son Alex are great to work with for estimates. Punctual (5 min early!), courteous, full of helpful suggestions and thorough questions. I took them to my Boston condo in the pre-​purchase stage to nail down the calendar & estimate, in order to calculate the time overlap needed with my current home, so that major demolition & paint work would be completed prior to move-​in. Igor took a look around, checked his calendar and committed to get an estimate to me the same day or soon, and blocked his calendar for the relevant two weeks.
Two weeks later, no word from Igor and I called him to follow up. The telephone response — «sorry but lots of other work came up and he is swamped, can’t do your project.» This means I’m out two weeks of mortgage, and will now have to live in the condo while demo work is being done, when I do finally find a contractor. Relying on Igor’s commitment I have not shown the condo to any other contractor and I’m coming up on closing next week. I’ve seen Igor’s work on a bathroom and living area remodel and it’s great — attention to detail, clean, modern finishes and reasonably priced. However, not being able to manage a calendar and customer commitments will kill any business before it takes off. A big warning — do not deal with Igor Mironov (and his son Alex) for home construction projects — they will waste your money and time. But they seem like perfectly nice people to hang out with!
