Kim is an awesome resource for the Roslindale/​Roxbury area. She knows the name of everyone in the areas she frequents, and is the type of person to know your birthday, your dog’s name, your children’s milestones, the the whole life cycle :) When I worked with her, she was very helpful with answering questions about the neighborhood, as well as about how things work in general with renting out a property. Very friendly and helpful!

I had a pleasure of working with as a colleague and know Kim on a personal level for years. She is a very hands on kind of a Realtor. always there on time, smart, knowledgeable and definitely is a «people person». Kim is not lazy at all, very hard worker, always there to preview properties available for sale, knows how to compare and figure out the best price for her Sellers and when she represents the Buyer she is always honest and keeps her client best interest in mind. Kim Augusta is someone I feel very comfortable recommending.
