LUSH Cosmetics

Lush products are fantastic but holy stalkers in the store. It was like the attack of the Pod People when we went in there yesterday. The salesperson creeped up behind me yelling ‘Hello!’ in my ear. The amount of «I have this, I use this, I do this» it’s just like LET ME SHOP ON MY OWN LEAVE ME ALONE. I had to return something, and I thought she was going to cry. I had 4 salespeople trying to convince me not to return. I had to be firm and almost yell. It’s just so creepy.

I always have and always will love LUSH. This store in particular is a perfect place to walk into. All of their products are created to address specific needs and specific skin types. Their staff are wonderful to work with, are very knowledgeable, and can personally attest to how their skin has benefited from usage of the products. They offer sampling for hands and arms, to make sure you not only like what you’re buying, but your skin does as well. The space is perfectly used, as every inch has been mapped out to accommodate for the inventory displayed and the space needed to walk about and peruse. Please go in and check it out. You’ll be glad you did.

This place feels like a second home to me. The manager and the girls here are SO sweet, knowledgable and truly kind. I always find what I’m looking for here and if I have any questions they are always answered with honesty and expertise.
Using all natural products are important to me and these girls are always there for any questions with a big smile. They even have put aside limited edition products for me and emailed me when they were in. I mean, c’mon, how often do big businesses do that for one measly customer? They really appreciate your business here and it’s very special to me. No matter where I live, I will always make the drive to this Lush. They don’t attack you with sales or pressure you. A+, keep up the good business ethics ladies. Katie loves you.

I first found Lush when I studied abroad in Madrid, so I was super excited as more and more Lush stores popped up in the Boston area.
The biggest reason I love Lush is probably that is makes the mall smell so good! The scents waft right out the front door, so you get a whiff of Lush from all over the mall!
Lush products are pretty awesome. I haven’t bought a ton there because they can be a little pricey, but I love what they stand for, and am slowly building my collection. They have really great shampoo bars that travel well. They also have really fun skincare, like fresh masks!
The customer service there is excellent. I have gone in before and gotten complimentary hand treatments. The staff is so great about explaining the products, its ingredients, and benefits. They are super patient and definitely make sure you walk out with exactly what you were looking for.
My favorite thing of all is the bath bombs. They smell amazing, in the bath or even thrown in a drawer or linen closet.
I am so glad Lush came to this mall!
