The service from Metro Sewer was superb. We called on a Saturday to have a kitchen drain unclogged. Though Kenny promised to come that afternoon, another job took much longer than he expected. He called 3 times that evening to say he would come up til 10:00. We were out and didn’t connect until the next (Sunday) morning. Kenny came promptly that morning and charged his normal fee, $ 150, to clear the drain. He also reamed our sewer line for $ 120, a routine maintenance procedure for our house. Service and perseverance to remedy our situation at a reasonable cost was beyond my expectations!
