My sibs and I ordered flowers for a funeral, the arrangement was delivered on time, but, the good news ended there – for $ 80, with virtually no delivery cost to the business, we received the wrong color roses, filled with carnations, and flowers did not appear fresh. My sister’s assessment of the arrangement was that the flowers were uneven sizes, and unattractively arranged. When I contacted the business to discuss my concerns the person at the shop said, «I have not had lunch yet today; I am down one person, one employee’s father is dying.» He was unprofessional and offered no hope of resolving my concerns. My advice is, check online for other floral options! I have never experienced such terrible service.
