On Point Pest Control

Hired this company the other day, the owner was absolutely amazing. Service was professional. They got the job done right. I had terminex in the past but the service was horrible and expensive. This company took their time to explain every detail, made me feel comfortable. I love that they were local.

I don’t regularly write reviews but I chose to work with On Point based on their YP reviews and I’m happy to add my 5 stars to their collection! I phone a couple of pest control companies to manage a flea problem in my home — On Point was the first company I spoke with where the representative who answered the phone was able to talk to me about my situation (rather than tell me someone needed to phone me back…) and she did not immediately try to sell me more services or say that they couldn’t help with the fleas without first completing a full inspection for other pests.
Technician Daniel was available the evening I phoned to come to my home to talk about specifics… Daniel is extremely professional, personable and clearly experienced and passionate about his job. I trusted his information and assessment and he was not pushy nor did he try to sell me services I wasn’t interested in… Daniel told me I could follow up with the company to book a time but I was confident I wanted to work with him and asked how soon he could be available — he made time for me the following day!
Daniel arrived on time, even phoning me to let me know he was on his way. He was extremely thorough in talking to me about what needed to be done prior and following the treatment, he talked through all the paperwork and guarantee, and booked my (free) follow up treatment right away.
The treatment has been completely successful for me, but Daniel advised me on ways to very thoroughly check for more fleas — let me know that as seasons change, as homes are heated, what I might expect.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommended Daniel/​On Point or work with him again (though hopefully not because of fleas!)! Simply the best.
