Simon Peter is the best sporting store in the area by far. I am extremely lucky to have them so convenient. I have bought numerous firearms from them and they have been extremely helpful. I had some trouble with reassembly after cleaning a muzzleloader and they were very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me. I have friends that come from some distance away because they say it’s worth it. Unlike other local places they stand by what they sell and even when my bow was out of warranty they stood by it and fixed it no charge.

I cannot express how much I really prefer the service this store provides over ALL others in Northern NJ. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable, I have been a customer for over 18 or so years and keep coming back whenever I have an issue with my bows. I trust no one else with them. The owner here is extremely friendly and the staff is very knowledgeable. Whether you enjoy fishing, hunting, shooting, or archery this is a great place to get your equipment. I bought my first pistol here and got a great price! They have a great selection of shotguns, rifles, and handguns for anyone(experienced shooters and novices). Located right off of 206 its easy to find, so stop in!
