Good street parking, nice staff. My main complaint is that they keep the place WAY too cold during the summer. It is often freezing inside the sitting area and people often have to wear sweaters. Uncomfortable. Other than this — it’s great having it close by.

Nice little Starbucks. Friendly service. Delicious drinks. Nice little area to sit outside. Parking lot looks small and a little tricky but luckily I can walk there. No complaints.

I would have given this starbucks 1 star for the atrocious parking but the employees are always nice and I have never gotten a wrong beverage from them here. I wish they had 10 minute parking signs for 2 of the spaces so that way people don’t take up spaces for those of us who want to just run in real quick and run out. Thankfully, since the new Waltham starbucks has opened, I’ll never come back here again.

I always had a great experience with customer service at this location. Today, there was a particularly competent and pleasant young lady working there, which prompted me to write this review. Always fast service, and no problems with parking, given the abundance of street spots.

If you want to see the fruits of today’s stellar child bearing, come here on a warm summer day, and be prepared to wait 15m+ for your drink b/c the poor baristas are stuck making 20394823 frappucinos for all of Wellesley’s darling teenagers — while I love people watching as much as the next gal, I have to say that this Bucks is slowwwwww like molasses — and there is only so much judging of the length of the 13y/o next to me’s shorts and her pal’s totally inappropriate cleavage before I get depressy face — and angsty that my caffeine is being withheld. Avoid during rush hour and lunch time as there is a freeway entrance down the block as well as a few half-ass attempts at «office parks: Wellesley edition». Note — parking is a total B as there are 7 spots — but, the outdoor seating is quite nice and the actual store is clean. Oh, and they have a fairly dec selection of Starbucks non-pastry food as well, if that’s your thing. I mean. It’s a Starbucks, which I have to love b/c they have soy milk for me(are you reading this Dunkin… b/c if so, please step it up!), but really, the wait time is long and the staff ranges from friendly to cold/RBF-prone. I would read here, but not study here.

Busy staff, they get a lot done fast yet always mess up on orders. One rainy day I stepped away from my desk for a iced tea, three attempts later I finally got what I ordered with no comments. Large iced green tea lemonade, 1 pump classic, attempt 1. iced green tea all ice no lemonade or sweetner. 2nd attempt, same thing. 3rd attempt I asked nicely for the third time and the manager made my beverage.

I work nearby, so I occasionally make up the Monday through Friday crowd. It’s small. Like, really small. I know they’re going for the comforting low-light local-coffee joint look, and they’re doing the best they can with the space they have, but it’s claustrophobic. Even when the place is empty, I still really don’t know where I can wait for my drink and not be in someone’s way. I don’t drive, but I’m petrified of being hit by a car in the parking lot. I try to go when I think they won’t be so busy — usually 10−11am and after 1:30pm. Despite all this, I still really like this Starbucks. It’s efficient. I always get exactly what I order. Due to the lack of space, there’s very little emphasis on buying various coffee-related accessories. And, most importantly, the employees are super-nice. When you say«please» or «thank you,» they totally appreciate it. I know it’s silly to praise people for just doing what they’re supposed to do, but Starbucks employees on Washington St. You’re doing it right. And that’s why I keep coming back.

Parking is dangerous; I’ve seen an accident in the parking lot. Tiny store; no elbow room whatsoever.

Eh, it’s a Starbucks. No big surprises here. You’re not going to walk in and be blown away by its fabulous atmosphere, nor are you going to be so grossed out that you won’t even drink the coffee. At 8pm on a Tuesday night(they close at 9), this Starbucks is a dead zone. Thumbs down for being out of brewed Christmas Blend a few days before Christmas. Overall, an average Starbucks.
