I had the worse customer service experience ever. I had some squirrels in the addicts above the master bedroom. Terminix came, charge me a nice sum and very quickly installed a one way door. However after 2 weeks, the squirrels were still in the addicts. I called again to schedule another appointment. No one called me back for a followup appointment. For over a week, I kept calling every day, many times twice a day requesting immediate response as the animals prevented us from sleeping, requested escalation and no response from Terminix. It took nearly 10 days and one customer service rep who actually took the responsibility to follow up on my complaints. Terminix came and found a second hole. Put a second door and problem solved. I had no issue with the technician missing a hole the first time but I have never seen such a horrible customer service experience.

I had disastrous experience. First no one showed up for scheduled appointment. Then when I called I was told that appointment wasn’t scheduled because they didn’t send confirmation… Well no one mentioned that there will be confirmation. Then I got random voice mail from the tech at terminix that he came, but no one is here. No wonder –that wasn’t scheduled. Then I called and expressed my disappointment. When I just called to set up new appointment I was informed that they won’t reinstate my account. My advise: DONOTWASTEYOURTIMEANDMONEYWITHTERMINIX!

We had some unwanted critters at the office and it is my job to get rid of them. I called 1−800− Terminix. Good communication, fast response, and fairly knowledgeable employees who explained it all and showed up on time. We had to sign a hefty annual contract. What do I care? The business is paying. I just hope we do not find any more critters.
