I would not recommend Unifour Nursing to anyone. They do not care about their clients or staff. They have no heart or passion or desire to uphold a company name that has been around for almost 40 plus years. Money hungry and greedy. The staff are just workhorses who get no respect, no pay raises, no gas mileage, and especially no benefits. Why not take care of your staff if they are taking care of your clients??? But most of all, why not have more compassion and love for your clients??? Scheduling is awful, why not match an aide with a client who they can trust and get along with? Make them feel comfortable. No. All the owners are worried about is getting their money at the end of the day.
