nice people but clueless on how to run a business… totally confused and unprofessional… very unreliable… I don’t know how they stay in business… I wouldn’t use them to buy a firelog wrack… I had to go elsewhere after an order took months to partially fulfill… wouldn’t use these people

Scott provides professional installation, sales, and service on all types of fireplace products and he stands behind what he sells. They also offer really nice outdoor grills. This place was formerly known as DeYoung’s Fireside and Scott was the head installer for many years prior to taking ownership. Good quality products and service, with a nice showroom on West Chester Pike.
