Nicholas Sebastian Salon Spa

I have a problem giving this salon even 1 star. Although I was very pleased with my color, I was not pleased at all for paying an extra $ 20 for the service. No where on the website does it explain that if a «senior stylist» is involved in the service, the price is subject to change. Since I only had color applied to my hair with no hair cut, I was quite surprised at the register to be told that my bill was $ 78. The color application by the senior stylist was $ 55 and the blo dry was $ 23, which by the way, if I’d have known I would be charged extra for the color, I would have left with wet hair. But I think my real problem about all this is how I was treated when I questioned the bill and told the girl what is posted on the website. She wasn’t in the least bit eager to offer any sort of compensation to me as being a mislead client. Needless to say, I will be telling everyone I know to be aware of the bait and switch tactics going on at Nicholas Sebastian Salon. Just another fancy schamcy big number salon and not really caring about good business or customers.

If u want the best skincare experience please ask for Donna. she is the best. i look like a different person once she is done.

Love this salon and employees, but was irked when I was told a service would be complimentary then was charged for it. (Didn’t realize it until I was at home and looking at the receipt).

As a rule I would not rate an establishment for haircuts, for a man, but Perry is very personable and makes this necessary chore pleasant. Nicholas Sebastian is well run and staffed by individuals who seem to really care about customer service. They are not inexpensive but here you get good service and a good males haircut.

Love this place! Maria is such an amazing hairdresser! Always makes me look my best! They have a ful range of services. Everyone there is a true professional. Friendly atmosphere! Would highly recommend!

I really don’t write reviews here on Unilocal,but after my experience at the Nicholas Sebastian Hair Salon with Holly, I feel that other potential customers need to be forewarned. As personable as Holly was, she was not very forthcoming with her «add on» charges. I went in for a single process ($ 35) and a chemical treatment ($ 15) and, at no point in time did Holly tell me whether I wanted a «glaze» on top of my single process. At the end, while my hair was dripping wet (mind you, blow out was not included) – I forked over $ 115??? The charges? $ 35 (single process)+$ 20(additional color)+$ 20 (glaze)+$ 20 (additional glaze)+$ 20 (chemical treatment). Are you kidding me? When I went home with my drenched hair… I noticed that my scalp is dyed black and my neck is still black. After hours of scrubbing and my hair was dry– I noticed that my hair was still not completely dyed black – come’on, how hard is that, when I went in to dye my hair black… I feel that Holly was very unethical by not being upfront with her charges, and adding the glaze charge– when in the first place, I WOULD NOT want a glaze to further dry out my hair. I am completely disgusted by her dishonesty and lack of professionalism. I deserve my money back!
