Norman’s Hallmark Shop

«Rejected from the nunnery, for being too bitter and controlling,» is how I would have described my former experiences with most Hallmark store employees. I don’t regularly shop at Hallmark stores, but somehow I have been through enough life events to have been to a few Hallmark stores in my lifetime.
As far as my experiences go, this store has really helpful staff, and tons of merchandise. If you park in the lot off to the side (adjacent to the beer distributor), you will be in and out extremely fast, even in holiday traffic.
Often it’s the case at Hallmark stores, that a stern and unhappy senior woman works the counter, eyeing even the most pious customers (after all who else goes to a Hallmark store?) as though they are thieves out to lift some stationery. The staff here is friendly, and mostly keep to themselves, which is helpful, and somewhat necessary since the many and varied items (many breakable) are packed into the space, and walking around can get a little dicey.

Clerk @ the counter «Mary» was so rude @ Concordville Town Centre PA. Cannot believe sales ladies could be so rude !!! It was not even closing time. This was @ «AM» hours!!! Gave me hard time to update my phone number!!!

Friendly staff and I went during a sale and got some good gifts very inexpensively.
