Disappointing experience. Went to the store only to change the SIM card in my son’s phone. They pitched me about buying their Dish service, I politely declined. 2nd pitch to buy dish service(same person), I decline. 3rd pitch I told them I’m not interested just change the chip in my phone. The manager sends me to a rep to change the chip. The rep«Talor» pitches me again. I told him I already declined with his manager. His work on my chip change slows down. He pitches me again, NOTINTERESTED I say. He has the guts to pitch me again, I ask him forcefully«HOWMANYTIMESDO I HAVETOTELLYOUIMNOTINTERESTED??? What the hell is wrong with these people? It was the worse experience I have ever had with ATT! By the time I left I felt like I was buying a used car, and that I needed a shower when I got home. I will not enter that store again. They are a bunch of used car salesmen only concerned with getting people to buy into their dish service. What a disappointment!!! COMEONATTDONT U ALREADYFEELGUILTYFORYOUROUTRAGEOUSPRICING??? HOWLOWDO U WANTTOGO???

Pitiful service! Recited«policy» for why they would not service something I bought at their store. It was a Zagg iPhone screen saver that cracked. They said I have to make a claim through Zagg. Funny, when we were in Vermont just one month ago(almost to the day), my son’s screen saver also was cracked. They handled everything right there in the store. Vermont understood customer service. There are other options. Verizon is opening in NEWTOWN shortly. And for me, I’ll be buying all my Apple stuff from the Apple Store online or at Quakerbridge Mall in NJ — just a 20 minute ride from NEWTOWN. As a rule, I like to buy locally from stores that service what they sell. ATT will never make a sale to me again. Sad really, all the training att does, just to have a «salesperson» recite the«P» word.

This At&T store is a huge disappointment. Rob and Peter, representatives for At&t, must have missed the customer service portion of their training. It was pure madness dealing with these two ignoramuses. I have tried to purchase equipment from this store on multiple occasions, only to leave defeated and travel to Oxford Valley to complete a successful purchase. At&T should close this store or stop hiring deranged employees. My recommendation is to skip this inefficascious store and go to the next one.
