Yvonne at first seems like a great lady, comes off like a mom. Then as soon as your sign the lease things go down the drain pretty fast. The apartment comes furnished — seems great– until you lay on a bed made of cardboard couches that can fit 2 people (maybe) and fire detectors (oh wait they did not come with the place but I was charged for them at the end of the year). I was billed for trash outside of my apartment… This is north philly its disgusting and filled with trash. I HIGHLY SUGGEST not leasing from these people they truly are an awful company.
