TeamLogic IT may be a franchise, but it feels like a local computer repair shop with friendly, knowledgeable and helpful people.
They are down the street from my office, so when I have the occasional computer problem I give them a call, or stop in. They are prompt, courteous and technically proficient in diagnosing an issue, and solving it. If they can’t fix it, they tell you and don’t waste your time and money.
Whenever I purchase a new laptop I walk over to their shop and have them prepare it for use. They make sure everything works and that is has the software needed for security, while recommending other options without installing them in advance. Honorable.
So prefer going there than out to see the Geeks in that big box.
