Too bad I can’t give zero stars… hate to admit I did not check out this site before I fell victim to what I now believe is a scam. I bought an Amazon Local voucher and excitedly ordered a Yankee Stadium mural to go with my son off to his freshman year of college as part of his birthday present. Ordered the next day and now about three weeks later(four emails, four messages, and by the way their live chat is never live), I have heard NOTHING. The website still says my photo is «being printed». Yeah, okay, I won’t hold my breath at this point… This company is either defunct/bankrupt/no longer in business or just makes a habit out of taking people’s money.

Terrible customer service, I wrote three different comments that were supposed to be returned within 1 business day. no response. I then called to cancel my order and was put on hold. came back they couldn’t do it as it was printed. I informed them that they were over a week behind when they were supposed to deliver the mural and I no longer wanted it and I asked to speak with the supervisor. Supervisor was busy, was told they would call me back later in the day. never did. Called the next day spoke with the same customer service rep and was«approved» for my refund. which now 4 days later is still not posting. DONOTDOBUSINESSWITHULTRAMURALS. There are better more responsive sites out there.

These guys do not honor Amazon deals that they SELL. I bought an Amazon voucher for Ultramurals and they simply refused to honor it. Plus, they wouldn’t even respond to my repeated contact requests. I tried to contact them FIVE times, and they never responded to me ONCE! I got the big F-you from Ultracrap. It’s funny how the reviewer below gives them FIVE stars. Total plant. They don’t respond to requests for customer service. They just take your money. If you have a problem, they say screw you with their silence.
