No star rating for this place. Worst follow up service on Warranty items I have ever seen in a business. I purchased two fireplaces from AES and both had warranty claims. I understand that there are instances where items can be defective but a reputable businesses will typically follow up and resolve issues in a timely manner without a lot of hassle. If you don’t mind spending several years and many many phone calls and trips to the store and to your lawyer to get your fireplace or wood stove fixed, do business here.

Very disappointing especially when it comes to honesty, support and services. Prices are very high but they get away with it due to lack of competition. Stay far away.
