I have now taken my bikes, mountain and road, to these guys two years in a row for tune ups and minor repairs. They are quick and reasonably priced. They are also friendly and never rush you out the door. They even clean the bike during the tune up!

Friendly go-​out-​of-​the-​way service. I brought my high-​end bike in after a ride around Lake Ontario, needing to have it disassembled, packed safely, and shipped back to MN. Though UPS didn’t do pickups at their store, they went out of the way to bring it over to the store themselves (I was flying out early the next morning and couldn’t do it myself), called me multiple times to ask about insurance, make sure I was comfortable with the rates, and then after delivery to make sure it got to my house. Bike was solidly packed, with frame well protected by cardboard tubes and foam wrap.
I’d definitely use them again.
