We used to go to the BWW in North Tonawanda before they moved further down the boulevard. We were excited when the one in Niagara Falls opened several years ago. We tried the Falls location and it never could match our favorite BWW, so we stopped coming in. I came in and sat at the bar. Service, slow. Had to ask for napkins. Never offered a knife or fork. Ordered a chicken wrap with fries. It was«ok» but it was very loosely packed and fell apart when I picked it up. Not really impressed with the quality anymore. Oh yeah, the Heineken draft beer was starting to turn skunky. That tells me the place is no longer as busy as they used to be. I won’t be back

When Buffalo Wild Wings first opened I thought the wings were pretty good, service and prices decent. Since then I’ve been there twice and I thought it was terrible. I specifically asked the bartender to tell the cook to make my wings fresh,(didn’t want precooked wings) that I was not in a hurry. She brought them to me in 5 minutes they were lukewarm at best. If those wings were cooked correctly it would have taken longer than 5 minutes and they would have been hot. I ate one and left the rest. Your better off getting wings at a local bar. Wont go back…

After trying this wild wings location several times in the 2 years it has been open, I can confidently say. This place is the worst! Service is slow, food is mediocre at best and everything is very over priced. My husband and I often get suckered into going here because we have friends who just come to watch the games. We refuse to spend another dime on this place. A few weeks ago we met up here with a couple friends, we ordered 4 beers, mozzarella sticks and a spinach dip. Food was«meh» service was terrible, our waitress kept forgetting to bring over our drinks and the bill was almost $ 100! I wouldn’t have a problem dropping that money on quality food but it’s very obvious just by looking at the food at Wild wings it is all just heated up in a microwave. In short. This place blows. Drive a little further down military and go to Judi’s Lounge. The wings are unreal and they deserve your business way more than Buffalo Wild Wings.

I have been sitting here with 7 other people for over an hour waiting for our food. Like come on, it’s wings, it’s not that hard.

Great experience today at Buffalo Wild Wings in Niagara Falls. Manager Megan was extremely quick, helpful, friendly, and was able to answer all of our questions. Our waitress, Melissa was also extremely kind, funny, and friendly, and was able to complete our transaction in a timely manner and able to make sure we got everything we ordered in a timely fashion and correctly(which is sometimes not how it works in some of the Massachusetts location). It was also great that they had some amazing ½ off deals and other Deals that very really good, and much better than some of the savings I have gotten in Massachusetts. Overall, 5 star experience.

Had lunch at this Buffalo Wild Wings today. The wings were cooked perfectly as I ordered. My husband had a prime rib steak sandwich which he loved. Good service, great food.

So the place was dead and we still waited over half hour for food. I ordered the chicken ceasar salad and asked they put it in a wrap. After waiting for ever for food and watching 2 tables come in and be served after we ordered the wrap finally shows up and is spicy. I asked if he was sure it was ceasar cause it didn’t taste right. It was a Greek wrap. So after a horrible wait u didn’t even get what I ordered.

Sssslllllloooooowwwww service, unorganized staff, and over priced less than appealing«food». Now a days the aforementioned issues seem to be the norm when visiting chain restaurants. I can get past that, but the one thing I can not get passed and I hope you all look at is how utterly dirty this establishment is. I can not speak for other locations but this was out right gross. Short story: My son dropped his phone between the seat and wall while waiting for the bill. When he reached to grab it, the look on his face was that of pure«What the hell did I just touch». That’s the only way I can explain it. My 11 yr old immediately got up to go and wash his hands. I took out my phone to see what the issues was. Old food, garbage and what ever else was lingering down there. I know that it was not from that day. There was just to much of what ever was down there. If I would have seen this prior to eating I would have left immediately. GROSS!!!

First time here and each time I visit a BWW location I am blown away with the amount of media. Each screen had an excellent view of each game. I can’t think of a better place to keep up with all the games. I really like the variety and wing options. The appetizers are fantastic and the drink options are good.

Who is giving this place good reviews? Wow. We have our Fantasy Football draft here every year because they give you a nice little kit to use. That’s the extent of anything nice here. They have perhaps the worst wings I’ve ever had. It’s embarrassing they have the word«Buffalo» in their name. This is the type of wing you get outside of Buffalo. They are consistently slimy, gross and horrid. Just awful. You’d think this is the one thing they’d get right. They just don’t know how it’s done. I had a Heineken that tasted like chemicals. Clearly, cleaning glasses is not something they are good at. I moved on to better beers(Southerm Tier IPA) and there were bugs stuck to walls of the glass inside. This place is amateur hour. I look at the beers on tap, and they are last season’s seasonals. Old, nasty kegs. I don’t know why anyone would willfully go here, unless you really really like watching sports on big projectors. In which case, you’d be better off driving up the street to Honey’s. The service was pretty crappy too.

Today I’m trying the new Salted Caramel BBQ wings. Out of the three new flavors this is the most appealing. I’m not a Tequila fan for the Margarita sauce and too chicken to try Ghost Pepper. The sauce has a mild caramel after taste that is overshadowed by the BBQ and salt. Not bad, but I expected a more pronounced caramel punch. I still prefer the Asian Zing sauce.

Went here in a whim after shopping at the outlet mall! I had chicken wings and the waitress was kind enough to bring me 8 different kinds of sauce to try! I really like the zing sauce! My waitress Deana was awesome and so friendly! She was knowledgable about the different beers and offered us samples to try of the different IPAs. My husband was trilled! Nice atmosphere for kids and families. We will be back!

Inconsistent service. Good food. Depending on bartender, drinks are either good or nothing to them. Boneless wings are good.

Buffalo Wild Wings is a great place. I’ve gone to many different locations over the last few years. This location is by far the worst as far as service goes. If you want to be waiting FOREVER to get anything, go here. The servers don’t seem to care at all. Maybe they need new management there, because I have never been to a BWW that had service even half as bad as this one, and I have tons of experience with BWW. I’m giving them one more chance, and I will talk to a manager, again… After that, a letter to corporate may be what it takes. If Buffalo Wild Wings starts closing down some locations, I bet this will be one of the first to go. I recommend to all that work there that you try to do your job well. If you don’t like working there go somewhere else, it’s a rough economy and there are plenty of people that would be thrilled to have your job, and do it better.

It takes guts to bring a chicken wing joint from out west somewhere and open it in Buffalo. They didn’t really get ‘hot extra crispy’ when i ordered it, but it worked out just the same. Lots of tv’s for sports fans. Every sport was airing in every direction. They get 4 stars for three reasons: First, the food was no where near as bad as I expected. The wings, though small in size for around here, were pretty good. The hot sauce was hot sauce and they tasted like Buffalo chicken wings. The burger was a big patty and small bun and actually pretty tasty. The onion rings were really good. I will go back. The kids had chicken things and no complaints on those either. Secondly, the service. You don’t get good service in the Falls. Period. You get attitude. Especially the franchise joints and chain restaurants. In this case however, all the staff were polite, friendly and attentive. They must have bussed them in from PA or across the river from Canada. Lastly, the mens room had one broken dispenser and the other was empty. I mentioned this in passing to the hostess on the way back to my seat. As I sat there I thought — I wonder if she did anything about it. So 10 min later I went back and sure enough the broken one was fixed and the empty one replenished. So they get marks for reasonable food and really well trained staff.

My mother and I went here for dinner tonight and we were very disappointed. Don’t ask me why we chose this place. I should have known better. But, I did. My parents live in Niagara Wheatfield so they go here a lot for Sabres games and chicken wings which they usually enjoy. My mother talked up these salt and vinegar wings, which we ordered tonight. Before I get into that, let me start from the beginning. The server was okay. He greeted us and asked us for our drink order, and I ordered a beer. He heard me incorrectly and thankfully asked me to repeat it. It turned out they didn’t have the beer though and he had to come back, and I had to order something else. I almost forgot to mention how he snatched the beer menu out of my hand while I was reading it to show my mother the draft beer list when she asked their selection. The servers here do not seem to be very knowledgable about their beers, and this is something I feel they should know like the back of their hand whether or not there is a list on a menu. I used to be a server, and it was very important to be able to tell a customer the selections(or at least some). When my parents went here for the first time, the server that they had did not know what«draft beer» was. She was new, but come on! Anyway, we ordered our food; the wings(47 cents each on Tuesday), some fries, and a salad. And… It took FOREVER. I had a time constraint and was getting a little nervous because even our salads didn’t come out. The server did stop by and said that our food would be right out; however, it still never came after approx. 10 more minutes. Finally, it arrived; the fries were cold and soggy, the wings we not crispy(we ordered them that way), and I was actually grossed out. The ones we ordered medium didn’t come with blue cheese and carrots & celery. When we asked why, the server said that you pay extra for it on 47 cent wing night. OK??? SO! The manager was doing her rounds and she stopped by our table. She asked how we were doing, and we couldn’t lie. We complained, unfortunately, something I hate to do, and she totally understood. She explained how they were short staffed in the kitchen, and how many customers suffered, including us. She got us a new order of fries and took care of our entire bill. This was redeeming on the restaurant’s part. Being a chain/corporation, this place can do stuff like that no problem, and because she did, it made us feel a little better. We were not looking for a free meal though, and I doubt that next time I have to choose a place to eat out at in Niagara Falls with my parents, that I will not chose Wild Wings. I also want to add that a previous time my parents dined there, they waited for their food for a very long time, only to discover their server never put their order in. Because our bill was taken care of by the restaurant, we did not have any way of leaving a tip because we only had credit cards with us. I felt terrible not tipping our server, and I would have stopped for cash at an ATM, but I had somewhere to be and I was already late. The whole thing was a disaster. A series of unfortunate events.
