For being an «outlet» store, the prices don’t reflect it. I’m used to walking into Coach and Kate Spade and the sales people saying something along the lines of «everything is 30% off» or seeing signs of things on sale. This is not the case at Burberry. I saw a great purse I loved but the price tag said $ 1500. Ouch. I asked a sales associate if it was on sale, but it was not. I asked her what was and it was just the scarves and they were 10% off. This was during Christmas time. I assumed they would have better deals. But I guess not.

This store has moved inside the mall. Just inside. Close to the main entrance. Next to Coach. Great larger store. Easy layout. This is a great improvement over the last location. Good job. The selection remains very nice. The prices are high but it’s Burberry. You get what you pay for.

I have to laugh at the comments here — the store is amazing if you like Burberry and the prices, for Burberry, are exceptional! Unreal how people complain about Burberry. an outlet no less!!! Hillarious!

This is a small store in an beat up looking outlet mall. However, the employees are helpful and friendly and remember and welcome a returning customer. The selection is not like you get at bigger stores, but it is still a fun place to shop for beautiful Burberry items at a discount.

I was absolutely gobsmacked over what a terrible ripoff this«outlet» is. Outlet? Hardly. A less nice version of a Burberry store with poorer service? That’s more like it. Don’t come here if you get excited about finding good deals. There are none to be had. Come here if you absolutely have to have something Burberry and you don’t care about the details. My original concern was that this place would be too chavvy. Aside from a «Burbery Prorsum» tee that I wouldn’t be caught dead in(no really. somebody should call the fashion police on whoever designed this tee), it was the ridiculous prices that were the issue. I saw a handbag that I saw in the stores in the Spring that was only marked down $ 200 from the original MSRP. Well guess what? I also so that handbag marked down MORE than that in the store back in May. I also found a pair of shoes that I’ve already owned for more than a year listed for $ 20 higher than I paid. A hat that I saw the week before at Saks was actually MORE at this outlet. I also saw a $ 100 headband and a $ 175 sunglass case to continue the theme of non-deals. I’m still convinced that you may pay more here than if you were just to go to the stores on a good day. Perhaps the best deals were the ties for $ 74. I didn’t care for any of the styles though. I also saw a hideous pink check scarf for $ 79… that’s a deal if you’re willing to sacrifice good taste for the check pattern. There was a robust inventory of the traditional Quilted Womens’ Coats and Jackets. These were OK deals. The zip funnelneck, in pretty much every color was $ 299 and the snap front was around $ 400. There were only 3 of the Iconic Trench coats in total, and off sizes, so boo to that. And just for the sake of experiment… I walked down to the Off 5th Outlet and found Mens’ trenches that were actually less than at this outlet — plus they were an additional 30% off for a storewide Saks sale. For me, this outlet was not worth the trip. I’d rather wait around for a sale at a real Burberry store.
