I actually love Cole Haan for their quality and well designed products.
However, this store is a black-​eye to the brand, and is absolutely worthless in a customer service capacity. Shockingly enough, it is the managers that are the least helpful, and most offensive. Do not waste your time or $$ unless here, shop online at Cole Haan instead, because these guys don’t care about the customers or the service whatsoever.

Jamie and I came in here looking for a man purse (or murse) for her husband for Christmas. I was in the middle of a sentence that ended «…it’s no wonder you look like you’re four years old.» When the bald male employee caught us talking smack! Ha! He was funny, laughed with us, and helped us out. Made sure we checked out the clearance nook in the back.
There are some beautiful items here. They are pricey but most likely worth it. And the sales associate alone made me want to buy something, though we left empty handed. But my dad loves this store so perhaps we will be back to get him something for Christmas!

Customer service in this store is even worse, it seems the staff was all hired from the same sorority. They all huddle behind the sales counter drinking coffee and talking about their very important lives while customers search in vain for products.

I love cole haan shoes and frequent their outlet stores.
This location to me was on the small side and for the holiday season the discount was not that impressive and neither was the selection.
My favorite area in any cole haan store is the clearance store but this location had theirs in a very small area hidden way in the back of the store. Returning to this location would not be my first choice when I want to shop Cole Haan again. Id rather go the over crowded woodbury commons location in my hometown area of NY.

Cole Haan makes terrific and original things. They are luxury, and the prices here, even outlet, reflect that.
This outlet carries many nice things. I have found shoes, bags and more here over the years. Its not the largest Cole Haan outlet, Woodbury Commons is twice the size I think, but its well laid out for the awkward space they have.

Well stocked with great selections… and everything half price!!!
The sales here are really helpful with no attitudes. If you looking for sizes, ask one of them to check for you at the back and you might be surprised!
