Not a Hobby Lobby fan. I just find the stores confusing. I know, probably me. But I wish they had signs up. How hard is that? Coming here I felt like I wasn’t totally welcome actually. From the minute we walked in, looking for some folding paper, we were confronted with religious items. Weird. Pricing is ok but not as competitive as I have found Michaels to be. Could be the items I tend to buy and that Hobby Lobby has better pricing on other things.

I came in here a few months ago and I was completely overwhelmed with the amount of cool ideas that they had in here. Not only did they have lot’s of stuff related to Arts n’ Crafts, they had many cute trinkets to around the house. I must say that I am a HUGE fan of crafts, especially with acrylic paints. This place had some great prices for the paints! Definitely will patronize this store again. It was pretty awesome!

Two very rude and unhelpful employees. Dirty store, too.

Always good stuck and a great variety off crafts and hobby equipment to choose from. Great prices at very inexpensive costs.

I’m not sure who’s more miserable –the employees or the customers. I went in to return $ 40 worth of art supplies that I was perfectly happy with. But every experience I’ve had in that store has been awful so I decided to take my money back, and shop elsewhere. I got into a line where the girl didn’t know how to do returns. I had to leave the line and go into another huge long line where the cashier snottily pointed out the huge returns sign that was 40 feet above the cash. Who the hell is going to see that up there?! The people in line ahead of me all walked away in a huff because the lady doing her transaction was taking forever so I ended up being next in line. I just took out a book and started reading. While I’m standing there, a lady comes up behind me and starts giving the cashier grief for taking too long. Then she runs to another line, but someone got infront of her. She started yelling at that cashier that SHE was next in line. The lady infront of me was bananas. She was returning tons of stuff with separate receipts. I thought the cashier was going to kill her. I was so happy to leave the store. It’s just full of bad mojo. The whole 40% off coupon thing is a crock of bull. The prices are inflated so with a coupon you still end up paying what is considered full retail in a store like Target. BTW, they’re closed on Sunday for religious reasons according to their website. You better believe I had some choice words for G-d & friends when I made a special trip to the store, and found them closed.

I like the ‘Lob’ as my family affectionally calls it. I like the household decorating items and the holiday sections, most of which are normally on sale. Unfortunately their customer service is not the greatest. There is always a line(always) and the cashiers have to type in the prices of everything — there are no scanners! They also have to remember what is on sale each week instead of it being programmed into the registers. One of the most annoying things is that a return can’t be processed without waiting for a manager. That holds up the lines like crazy. Plus if you want a copy of your receipt after you return something, you have to wait for the manager to go make a photo-copy of your original receipt before you can leave. That’s super annoying. A tip for weekend shoppers: The Hobby Lobby stores are closed on Sundays.

Hobby Schlobby I can’t say enough about Hobby Lobby! The one in Niagarara Falls is next to Walmart, so its all the cheaps stuffs you want in one giant paved former woodsey lot. if your looking for the worlds largest selection of crappy picture frames and plastic flowers, than you have the right place! I went in mistakenly thinking I would find lots of hobby stuff, but its more like stuff you’d find at a Christmas Tree Shop or Big Lots or Family Dollar. Isles and isles of things Gramma gives you for Christmas that are boxed kits of felt and glue, no talent needed. I wish this was just the lobby to an actual hobby store. PROS: It’s big. CONS: Real hobby people go to Niagara Hobby.

Hobby Lobby is my new favorite place for shopping arts & crafts! Isles and isles of amazing accessories, candles, seasonal decorations, painting supplies and much much more. And even if I don’t buy anything I enjoy rambling and getting inspired by beautiful products. Stop in if you are looking for creative and useful gift for someone you love and care, I’m sure you’ll be able to find something here for anyone’s liking,
