When I first went in here the first time I asked for a menu lol. She told me all they have is steak & cheese, and when I tasted it I realized that’s ALL they need. Holy cow the best bread with the cleanest olive oil you’ve ever tasted. Seasoned perfectly with fresh lettuce & tomatoes to die for. Utterly amazing and worth every penny. They are only open very few hours in the middle of the day so better plan ahead. When I do make it in time it makes my whole day wonderful :)

Used to be good til the old lady handled raw meat without gloves then prepared the sub. Yuck. Never again.

As good as steak and cheese gets in WNY. Better the Violas. It’s a must stop every time I’m in the neighborhood. One of this places you would never find without someone telling you.

Holy Lord. Taken here by a friend after a cold mornings work. You walk in and order by the quantity because there are no options here. You get a steak and cheese sammich on a deliciously soft roll with lettuce, tomato and oregano. The meat is seasoned perfectly. The ambiance is literally something that’s too strange to make up. Stark walls, a grille in the corner, diner stools with duct tape, miss matched green vinyl tile and what appears to be decommissioned pizza ovens in the corner. You want chicken… too bad; egg on top… too bad, you get steak and cheese. Reminiscent of Sienfelds beloved soup nazi character. True gem and wish I would be in the neighborhood more often to sing their praises to everyone.
