No, it’s not a great venue for concerts. As a matter of fact, it sucks. Paid over $ 200 for Steely Dan tickets, and the sound was abysmal. Bad enough it’s gymnasium style seating, but the sound just added insult to injury. It’s pretty sad when you can’t understand a word of a song you know!
I had been there before for a comedic act, which was altogether different and enjoyable. This event, however, was a real disappointment. Until they make some drastic changes, I would avoid at all costs for any concerts.

This is a great venue for concerts and other events. The security people were friendly, professional and efficient. They cut the line come and we had no issues. Dude who sticks are excellent. The seating is comfortable. Always a good time. I’m glad that they bring in a variety of events. After the show you can either stay in the hotel or play some games at the casino shop or eat in a variety of venues at the casino.
