Not my local Tim Hortons and that God for that. Coming home from Niagara Falls, I had a hankering for some coffee. I knew this was on the way, but had never been there. Pulling up, I saw the line of cars wrapping around the lot and figured it would be faster to just go in, boy was I wrong. Minute 1 — I walk in and up to the counter, no line, great! There was a young man with a coat with his back to me doing something with, what smelled like macaroni and cheese. I couldn’t see what he was doing, but without turning around he quickly left. Minute 2 — Figuring that someone will come up from the back soon, I look over at the Tim Bits but sadly they were out of chocolate. Looking over the rest of the more half empty case I decide there is nothing I want. Minute 3 — Eavesdropping on a table of guy complaining about Niagara Falls politics while I try to make eye contact with one of the two girls working the drive through. While watching them, I saw they were making mistakes with sizes and what was ordered. Minute 4 — Finally I say, «Excuse me» no one looks over. In something short of a yell I ask«Hey, is anyone working this register.» The blond girl and the window says in a prissy tone that would have gotten my one of my daughters grounded for a weekend 30 years, «Sir we’ll get to you when we’re done with the drive thru, ok? Well, being not ok I left. I drove through the parking lot, past the line of cars still waiting from the drive thru and across the street to the Dunkin Donuts. Even though they were technically closed I could still get a coffee. I won’t go to this Tim Hortons again, the staff is terrible at their jobs.

What an awful experience visiting this place today. The employee helping me was nice but that’s about the only good thing. I ordered a maple flatbread panini with bacon, egg and cheese. I was served a dry, sausage patty on a biscuit. The bacon, egg and cheese wrap my fiancé got and offered half to me since I had no food tasted awful — almost rubber-like. It was gross. The selection overall is also just bad compared to the Tim Hortons in Canada. They don’t offer any of maple donut products, which are the best donuts to me. I wish I’d checked the bag before I drove home. I’d say I’d do that next time, but I don’t think there will be a next time. I’ll visit Tim Hortons in Canada, but in the U.S. — I’ll stick with Dunkin.

Great cup of coffee but rude and obnoxious staff. I am sure it was just an off day as everyone employed at the time I visited seemed to be a high school student that really didnt care about the customer. That will not stop me from being a customer of tim hortons. Ill try this place again maybe in the morning to see how it is.
