We just had more than half the windows in our house replaced by Tomson and I am so impressed. Mike came out to measure and show us some options. We didn’t feel that he was pushing us to replace all like a few other companies but solely the ones that had broken seals and needed it. He was also incredibly nice. He set the expectation that it would about a month for our windows to be built then contacted us when they were ready to set up the installation. A team of 3 guys showed up who worked to remove the old and got the new ones installed in one day. The next day and a half was exterior trim (finished a few hours early) and we didn’t need to be home for that part. The windows are Soft-​Lite and are gorgeous and come with a lifetime guarantee for breakage plus energy star. We have had friends who went to them as well and their guarantees have been honored without a fight. The cost was pretty reasonable too, less than we expected and ¹⁄₃ to ½ of the other quotes. Mike stopped by when complete to check on the completion. A great experience and a local company.
