I met the owner and she is a very pleasant well kept lady. The park is old and could use repairs but the sites available are neat and clean and the hook ups look up to date and well maintained. The rents are relatively low and seems very fair lady. I asked her about drugs and problems with people there. She said she is very careful to make sure she doesn’t have people that have all night parties etc like «tweekers» like to have. People around appeared to be working people that have lived there some time. It is a mobile home park not an exclusive RV resort but she can accommodate RV’s short and long term. I believe it is going to be a nice place to live.

Nothing here… much better parks up the street… Many occupants are residents and look like they haven’t cleanup up in months…
