One star is pretty generous. The staff member we spoke with was really inattentive and unhelpful. When he heard I didn’t want an android phone, he pretty much checked out. They didn’t have the phone I wanted in stock, and didn’t offer me any options for getting it within a week. Pretty pathetic effort from someone who works on commission. I went to the Apple store in Fayette mall and got my phone in 30 minutes.
