Food was not that great. Ice cream was great! The blizzards are always tasty. Service could have been better. We went up to the counter twice to order and stood waiting while at least 6 employees were behind counter talking. We were ignored twice. Probably won’t be back anytime soon.

Ordered a banana split blizzard… there were NO bananas in the blizzard. Just a ton of pineapple and shredded coconut (which isn’t even supposed to be in a banana split blizzard). If they we’re out of bananas (I went late at night), then they should’ve told me, and I would’ve gotten something different.

Got the chicken basket fries under cooked, chicken was rubbery and smelled bad could not finish. Service was slow people did not get what they ordered and I saw an employee tell manager that he was not going up front to help with a long line behind me. Most employees were not caring of people or greeting them as they come in. Made me feel not welcome.

Food is being served by teenagers who do not take much pride in their jobs. Service is slow and food is usually not very fresh. Ice Cream is very good if prepared correctly. My milkshake had whole frozen strawberrys and couldn’t drink with my straw even after allowing to thaw. My grilled chicken was cut in half to check doneness so cooks need training. Floors and restrooms dirty and unprofessional workers playing behind counter. The high point if any is their large variety of fast food fare.

One time was in a group of about 10 people and we all walked in wanting their delicious chicken fingers meal. The servers were really cool about it and were friendly. But, they usually play some weird country music here which kind of kills the mood.
