Okay so, off the review from yesterday, the guy, Chris, called me and said that the Vibe parts were in and that they could fix it today. This totally nullifies almost everything negative said in the last review. I drove it there, called for Chris, he came out and my car was fixed in under 41 minutes. Last Friday he had said it would have taken at least an hour and a half to two hours. I stand by the fact that they went above and beyond(hopefully, they did a good job lol). Anywho, I would have given them an average from 2 star + 4 star = 3 star; however, Chris’s awareness and service saved this dealership. If anyone goes here for service, ask Chris. You can be rest assured that if you get something fixed, he will most likely do it quicker than anyone else. George scared the living crap out of me when he said«getting the recall parts was a process and you have to wait until next Wednesday.» Phew… if you could not fix it the first time, make sure to always give that customer a priority for a sooner appointment.
