This location is ridiculous. I’ve tried to give them a second chance, maybe it was an off day, maybe I was just grouchy, maybe someone working was, but this is the second time in a row my order was messed up. How hard is chicken quesadilla, SOFT chicken taco and a Dr pepper. Seriously. I’ve gotten a beef taco, or a hard taco. This last time I went in because the drive through line was long. There was 1 couple in front of me and two people waiting for food. It took 25 minutes for me to even order and an additional 15 minutes for me to get my food(which was wrong). Yes, I should have left and gone somewhere else, but I was already there and I kept saying I’ve already waited this long and I’m next. While it turns out someone didn’t show up for their shift and a new guy was being trained, I watched the whole thing from line and then While I was waiting for my food. The trainer kept walking away to talk to the drive through people while the trainee was looking around cause he had no clue what he was doing. My order was made by the trainer ANDITWASSTILLWRONG. I didn’t want to waste more time for them to fix it so I just left with what I had. What really frustrated me was there were 4 people on drive through and only 2 on walk in. A supervisor was there. I have worked in fast food for years and this situation was poorly handled. If you want taco bell, go to a different location.

Apparently everyone in Nicholasvill says all the employees here are jerks with attitudes. Now that you pissed off Amiri King you may ass well burn this location down and start new somewhere else. Your crap staff just offended 1.6 million people on social media. I personally sent his video to taco bell corporate. Gotta be nice to everyone or you might just piss off the wrong one as you’ve done here.

I was in the drive thru today and placed my order. The lady then snapped back that she«didn’t hear a word of that and needed me to repeat my order.» She said it with plenty of attitude. But I didn’t care… I was having a very great day. I repeated my order a little louder, but was interrupted with, «if you are going to yell in my ear they get out of MY drive thru!» Now I’m incredibly confused. I pause. Finally I said let me talk to you at the window. I was getting frustrated. Finally I exited the drive thru and parked in the parking lot. I entered the store. I asked her what her problem was. She reiterated that she was in charge and I was not going to be served. The upside of this, is that I’m not your average customer that you can treat like dirt and get away with it. I’m followed by 1.6 million people on Facebook and have done over 100 million video views this year alone. Enjoy your video I did today describing my experience. I’ll never step foot into a taco bell again.

Food is crap… but that’s part of its charm. Everything tastes good even though it barely qualifies as edible. Shame that they ALWAYS forget something. Don’t leave the parking lot without checking your order. Mobile app is a very convenient way of ordering.

This Taco Bell just got rebuilt and it’s fantastic. Everything’s clean, the prices are great, the staff is usually happy. There are fun hip pictures on the wall. It’s great, you need to check it out if you want cheap tasty food.
