Food pretty standard. Service friendly. The downfall is lack of training for efficiency and technology. I placed an online order because I was in a hurry. The time was 15 minutes. I arrived exactly fifteen minutes later and walked to the pickup counter. There was a family of five just beginning their order and two workers. Twenty minutes later I was acknowledged. I asked about my online order. «Oh, I haven’t started that order. No one told me bout that. I saw that light flashing». So 45 minutes after I placed my order online, I was out the door. Training people-training!
