Great customer service, great prices, very dependable. They’ve NEVER let my propane tank get empty. They came out and made sure my appliances were working properly when I started service with them, great piece of mind there. When you call with a question a REAL PERSON answers the phone, overall just a very pleasant experience dealing with this company.

Thornton’s so easy to do business with! The customer service is top notch, and friendly. Their prices are great, and they post the current price right on the front page of their website. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Awesome customer service, honest, reliable and extremely reasonably priced. They even post their daily propane cost on their website! Not sure how far south they go from East Nicolaus, but the northern part of Sacramento County is definitely in their range.

So, living in the country, propane is a must! I used Thornton’s because my parents had been customers for 40 years. They are responsive to budget needs, such as payment plans, honoring requests to not automatically refill, etc.
Thornton’s also did an excellent job working with our family to purchase & install a new furnace.
