China Wok

I travel a great deal. Often end up ordering for delivery to hotel.
tried to order food with this restaurant — the woman who tried to take the order was extremely rude. She was nearly impossible to understand and when kept answering what I thought were her questions about the credit card mailing address she slammed the phone down.
I tried to call back and she picked up the phone and started screaming in Chinese — a man took the phone and I could hear her screaming at him then slamming the phone down yet again.
I tried once more and she screamed at me, «I don’t want you business — go AWAY!» and hung up once again…
Everyone can have a bad night, but this definitely took customer service to an all time low.
I can only imagine how the food might taste with such bitter in their service… order from Chen Xing… they were pleasant and order was delivered fast and hot.

Honestly this Casey girl below is an idiot… As far as cleanliness of the store I’d rate it as a a 1 ½ but the food is a solid 4. I’ve been to multiple places in and out of the the United States and this has to be one of the best American Chinese Food places. Now don’t take this comment as saying this place is authentic but it definitely does great food… Way better than the «China Wok» in PA the buffet one with the multiple awards…

Best General Tso in the area — great soup, egg rolls and nice people. Good lunch special that they offer 7 days/​wk
